.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure will drift S and SE over the waters
tonight through Fri night. A cold front will move SE into the
northern waters Wed night into Thu, stall over the area late Thu
and Thu night, then lift N across the northern waters as a warm
front Fri into Fri night. Another cold front will move SE over
the northern waters Sat and Sat night, as the ridge prevails over
the remaining waters.
