.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will build in from the W today,
then persist and weaken Sunday night ahead of a weakening cold
front. The front will weaken Monday and dissipate Monday night as
it moves into the northern waters. Another area of weak high
pressure will build in to the W of the waters Monday night and
persist through Tue night.
