.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure west of the waters will slowly
weaken while shifting S tonight through Tue night, before
rebuilding NE across the region later Wed through Fri night. A
low pressure trough along the Oregon and Washington coasts will
persist tonight before weakening Tue. Another low pressure trough
will expand N along the Oregon and Washington coasts Fri night
and persist through Sat night.
