offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will drift N of
the area tonight into Sat as low pressure passes just E, and then
NE of Georges Bank. Intensifying low pressure will approach the
Jersey Shore from the S later Sat into Sat night, with an
associated warm front lifting N into the region. The low will
move N and inland over New Jersey by early Sun, then reach
northern New England by Sun afternoon with the warm front lifting
N of the waters. A large high pressure ridge will gradually build
W toward the area later Sun through Wed night.
