offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will lift N
across the region today into tonight. Low pressure will track NE
over the Gulf of Maine tonight while pulling a cold front E and
SE over the area. The low will continue to move NE into the
Canadian Maritimes Wed through Thu while a series of low pressure
troughs cross the region. High pressure will build E over the
waters Thu night through Fri, then move NE of the area Fri night
through Sat night as developing low pressure approaches from the
S and SW.
