SYNOPSIS...A developing cold front over the southern waters, or extending E from near Long Island, will move S of the area later tonight into Sun night while weakening. Weak high pressure will develop over the area later Sun into Mon before shifting E of the waters late Mon. A warm front will lift NE into the area Mon night, and pass N of the waters Tue as low pressure tracks NE over New England. A cold front associated with the strengthening low will cross the waters Tue night as the low moves from Maine NE into New Brunswick. A low pressure trough or secondary cold front will cross the waters Wed into Wed night. High pressure will build E toward the coast Thu and Thu night.
