.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move slowly SE across the waters
tonight through Fri, stall over the central and S waters Fri
night, persist through Sun night, then lift N as a warm front Mon
and Mon night. A high pres ridge will build SE toward the N
waters Fri and Fri night, and persist off the New England coast
through Mon night. Low pres is expected to develop just S of the
waters Sat, slowly approach the S waters Sat night through Sun,
and then move NE across the S waters Mon and Mon night while
strengthening.
