.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough near the northern California
coast will persist through Sunday night, then weaken Monday and
Monday night. A weak high pressure ridge will persist just NW of
the region today and tonight. This ridge will drift SE over the
NW portion Friday and Friday night, persist through Saturday and
then build N while receding slowly W Saturday night into Monday
night.
