CONDITIONS GIVEN REPRESENT THE HIGHEST WITHIN THAT PERIOD.

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A LOW PRES TROUGH WILL PERSIST
NEAR THE CALIFORNIA COAST THROUGH FRI NIGHT. A HIGH PRES RIDGE
WILL BUILD E TOWARD THE WATERS TODAY THROUGH TUE...WEAKEN OVER
THE NRN WATERS TUE NIGHT INTO THU NIGHT...THEN REBUILD OVER THE
