CONDITIONS GIVEN REPRESENT THE HIGHEST WITHIN THAT PERIOD.

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...HIGH PRES OVER THE S WATERS
WILL SHIFT S OF THE AREA AND DISSIPATE TONIGHT. A WEAKENING COLD
FRONT OVER THE CENTRAL WATERS WILL MOVE INTO THE S PORTION LATER
TONIGHT...THEN PASS S OF THE WATERS SAT. HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL
BUILD OVER THE WATERS BEHIND THE FRONT LATER TONIGHT INTO
SAT...THEN SHIFT S AND DISSIPATE SAT NIGHT INTO SUN. ANOTHER
STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE N WATERS SUN...MOVE INTO THE
CENTRAL WATERS LATER SUN AND SUN NIGHT...THEN CLEAR S OF THE S
WATERS MON. HIGH PRES WILL BUILD E TOWARDS THE AREA MON THROUGH
