Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pres trough near the
northern California coast will persist through Wed night. High
pres W of the waters will slowly strengthen and move NW today
through Sun night. This high will remain nearly stationary Mon
through Tue, then drift SW and slowly weaken Tue night through
Wed night.
