.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak cold front will move
into the southern waters later tonight into Fri, while a high
pressure ridge builds over the central and southern waters from
the W. The cold front will move S of the waters Fri night, while
the ridge persists W of the waters Sat through Tue night. Another
cold front will move SE into the NW waters Sun, then continue SE
over the central and southern waters through Tue. A trough will
develop along the California coast Mon, strengthen Mon night, and
persist through Tue night.
