HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

OVER THE WATERS AND THEN WILL STALL TONIGHT AS DEVELOPING LOW
PRES OFF THE S CAROLINA COAST MOVES NE ALONG THE FRONT. THE LOW
WILL CONTINUE TO TRACK NE ALONG THE FRONT WED...AND THEN WILL
PASS N OF THE WATERS EARLY WED NIGHT. HIGH PRES WILL MOVE OFF THE
MID ATLC COAST THU AND PASS NE OF THE WATERS THU NIGHT. THE
STATIONARY FRONT WILL DRIFT BACK TO THE W AND NW AS A WEAK WARM
FRONT THU NIGHT INTO SAT NIGHT...AND DISSIPATE NEAR THE COAST SUN.
