HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

PORTION WILL PASS E ACROSS THE WATERS TODAY AND TONIGHT. A WEAK 
HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD TOWARDS THE COAST FRI AND FRI NIGHT...
THEN DRIFT OFFSHORE SAT INTO SUN WHILE WEAKENING. A WARM FRONT 
WILL MOVE OFF THE MID ATLC COAST LATE SAT AND SAT NIGHT...THEN  
DRIFT SLOWLY NE ACROSS THE CENTRAL WATERS SUN INTO SUN NIGHT AS 
A WEAK LOW TRACKS E ALONG THE FRONT. THE FRONT WILL THEN DRIFT 
NE ACROSS THE N WATERS MON INTO MON NIGHT...FOLLOWED BY A WEAK
