MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

FAR NW WATERS WILL WEAKEN TONIGHT. A SECOND STATIONARY FRONT OVER
THE CENTRAL WATERS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT THROUGH
SUN NIGHT AS A PAIR OF WEAK LOWS MOVE NE ALONG THE FRONT. THE
FRONT WILL WEAKEN OVER THE AREA MON THROUGH TUE NIGHT AS A THIRD
WEAK LOW DEVELOPS ALONG THE FRONT NEAR THE VIRGINIA CAPES. HIGH
PRES WILL BUILD NW AND W OF THE AREA FRI THROUGH SUN NIGHT...THEN
PASS JUST N OF THE AREA MON AND MON NIGHT BEFORE WEAKENING TO A
