OUTER WATERS FROM 150 NM TO 250 NM OFFSHORE.

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

WILL CONTINUE W OF THE WATERS TODAY WHILE A WEAK LOW MOVES INTO
THE WASHINGTON WATERS. THE RIDGE WILL MOVE SLOWLY E INTO THE
WATERS TONIGHT AND SUNDAY AS THE LOW DISSIPATES. THE RIDGE WILL
PERSIST ACROSS THE W PORTION SUN NIGHT THROUGH TUE, THE RIDGE
WILL WEAKEN TUE NIGHT THROUGH WED NIGHT AS A COLD FRONT
