Washington and Oregon waters-
Inner waters from  60 nm to 150 nm offshore.
Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pres ridge
will strengthen across the waters today, then weaken tonight
through Wed night. A low pres trough will expand N along the
coast tonight and Wed, then drift W while weakening Wed night
into Thu. Low pres will develop W of the area Thu and move over 
the waters Thu night, pulling a cold front across the area Fri. 
Another low will track across the N waters Fri night into Sat. 
High pres will build W of the area Sat night.
