INNER WATERS FROM  60 NM TO 150 NM OFFSHORE.
OUTER WATERS FROM 150 NM TO 250 NM OFFSHORE.

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

OREGON WILL MOVE E ALONG A NEARLY STALLED FRONT AND WILL PASS S 
OF THE WATERS EARLY THIS MORNING. A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD 
OVER THE OREGON WATERS TODAY AND TONIGHT...EXPAND N INTO THE 
WASHINGTON AREA THU AND THU NIGHT...THEN REMAIN THROUGH FRI 
NIGHT...BEFORE WEAKENING SAT INTO SAT NIGHT. A COLD FRONT WILL 
MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS SAT INTO SUN. A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL 
REBUILD ACROSS THE REGION SUN AND SUN NIGHT.
