Inner waters from  60 nm to 150 nm offshore.
Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pres will persist W of the
area through tonight before weakening Wed and Wed night. A low
pres trough near the California coast will persist today and
tonight, then drift W while weakening Wed and Wed night. A cold
front approaching from the NW 0Thu will move across the N waters
Thu night and Fri, then dissipate Fri night. High pres will 
build W of the area Sat and Sat night as a trough strengthens 
near the California coast.
